Recently I visited to Kasmir , a heaven of the earth with my family , which was facilitated by Shravani Tourism. Since Kasmir is very sensitive area to visit, we were very cautious while selecting our tour arranger and I am very happy to say that Shravani Tourism proved that our choice was right. I would like to appreciate the team of Shravani Tourism who made our trip pleasant and memorable.
I just can’t keep away without making it more crystal clear as follows:
Transparency maintained: Right from the beginning to end we were very clear about our tour plan , expenses and arrangements made at each location . we could hardly see any unconventionality to our expectation .
Communications : Team was always in touch , when required. Specially before departure they have made us clear about many important “does” and “don’ts” , which helped us lot while roaming at different places and dealing with the different types of unknown people.
Homage : Was maintained with high level of interest .
Areas of improvements: It would be good idea if you keep the food optional, especially at House boat . At this place, sometime the traditional food arrangement may be out of interest. In this case tourist can opt for other choices of food if communicated in advance. There is scope for further improvements in Room services at stay of Srinagar hotel .
Above mentioned are just a suggestions, which will help in continuous improvement process. There is no doubt , at every place we enjoyed reverence provided to us as a beloved guest .
