Day-01 Gokarna
Arrival at Railwaystaion/Airport meet our representative proceed to Gokarna. With its narrow streets, traditional houses and temples, the nondescript town of Gokarna has become the favourite haunt of Hindu pilgrims, Sanskrit scholars and beach buffs. Om beach, one of Gokarna's five famed beaches, takes the shape of an 'Om,' a spiritual symbol. The other beaches, wedged between gigantic cliffs that protrude like delicate fingers into the sea, are Gokarna, Kudle, Half Moon, and Paradise.Overnight stay at Gokarna.
Day-02 Gokarna � Mangalore (225km)
Early Morning check out and drive to Mangalore onroute breakfast through Dharmasthala. Manjunatheswara Temple was built in the 11th century by the Vijayanagara rulers.The town is home to the Manjunatheswara temple dedicated to Lord Shiva worshiped here in the form of Lingam.Overnight stay at Mangalore
Day-03 Mangalore � Murudeshwar (154km/ 3hrs 23min)
After breakfast check out and drive to Murudeshwar. Murudeshwar, the temple town with a vibrant scenic beauty and golden history, is located on the Arabian seafront in North Kanara Dist, Karnataka. It is situated on the NH-17, about 160 kms north of the port city of Mangalore.The ancient temple which stood for ages was fast dilapating. The locals tried rebuilding the sanctum sanctorum earlier, but it did not last long. The present temple complex is the result of the painstaking efforts of Sri. R. N Shetty. He started renovation in 1977 with a team of craftsmen and artisans brought in from Tamilnadu. The temple is mainly built of granite.Overnight stay at Murudeshwar
Day-04 Murudeshwar � Badami (311km/ 9hrs 42min)
Early morning check out and travel to Badami onroute breakfast, on arrival check in to the hotel with rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Badami.
Day-05 Badami
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of the small rural village of Badami, once the capital City of Chalukyan Empire which ruled much of the central Deccan between the 4th and 8th centuries A.D. visit famous rock cut caves and the Northern Fort. Later proceed to Pattadakal, a world heritage site and a home to the group of 10 important temples that boast of splendid architectural patterns. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight at Badami.
Day-06 Badami � Bijapur (135km/ 2hrs)
After breakfast travel to Bijapur, en-rout visit Aihole; a picturesque village perched on the pristine banks of the River Malaprabha. This village is dotted with countless temples of aesthetic and spiritual values. Later resume travel to Bijapur, on arrival check in at the hotel with rest of the evening at leisure.
Day-07 Bijapur
After breakfast visit Gol Gumbaz or the round dome that does not have any supporting pillars and is regarded to be the 2nd largest in the world, Ibrahim Roza-an exquisite tomb erected by Adil Shah 2nd for his queen. Dinner and overnight at Bijapur
Day-08 Bijapur
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Bijapur airport/railway station to catch the flight/train to home. On departure the tour concludes with happy memories.
